How It Works: Upon completion of the Job Order / Needs assessment process with your Lincoln Finance and Accounting Staffing Specialist we put the wheels in motion.
 
  1. A predetermined time is set for you, the client, to visit our offices to interview the top talent. Usually 2-4 hours dependent upon the level of the role. We’ve defined your need, now we’ll do the work.
  2. The Lincoln Finance and Accounting Team is debriefed on the requirements and components of the Search and fully engaged.
  3. 100:10:4:1 Lincoln scours our existing passive candidate base, pro-actively recruits additional passive talent for a match.
  4. From 100 conversations and potential matches, we narrow the field to 10 for a face to face thorough evaluation. From the field of 10, we narrow it further to the top 4 for you to interview face to face, resulting in that 1 key hire.
